Shipping and

All orders are usually shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. If for any unforseen circumstances your order is delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the goods that you have ordered. This is shown in your basket before you check out. Most deliveries are made by courier, as standard mail services refuse to handle liquids. Typical charges are £7.80 for next day delivery of up to 10 cans of nitro paint. At 60 cans, the shipping price per can is less than 30p. For very large orders or bulky items we may contact you with a revised delivery charge if our courier imposes special conditions. This happens very rarely.

We deliver most of our stock via courier, usually within 2 -4 working days. The courier offers a tracking system, so if you are wating for an order please contact us for an update. Some smaller items (under 1 kg) may be delivered by Royal Mail where this represents a saving for you. Aerosol cans and some liquids must always use the courier though. This is shown in your basket.

At Montana Shop Nottingham, we inspect all of our products before they are shipped out. If a product that we have sold you is defective, please return the item with proof of purchase and you will be contacted to rectify the problem, either by replacement or refund. When purchasing please state that you wish to collect in store and when you will be able to collect it. One of our staff will prepare your order for collection.

We may be able to deliver outside the UK in some cases. Please contact us directly before ordering, so we can investigate the shipping methods and costs to your country.
